U. S. ARMY GENERAL BOARD REPORTS

After World War II the U. S.
Army created a General Board of officers to study all aspects of the recent
combat and create specific reports on what happened, what went right and wrong,
and most importantly make recommendations for future changes in organization,
personnel, equipment and tactics. We have several of the original reports and

Army, dated 17 June 1945, as amended b, General Orders 182, dated 7 August
