TURKISH BRIDGE

In this view from the south we see how the engineers constructed a causeway over the native stone. There is a tunnel to allow water from the river flowing to the right on the other side to pass directly through to this side where the river flows to the left. Above the bridge the church in the Polish suburb appears in the distance. (see 4 on the city plan.)
