The Church of the Smolensk Virgin - Smolenskaya Bogomateri - 1700 in the Convent of the Epiphany - Bogoyavlensky originally founded in 1661. In 2003 we had the opportunity to go inside but in 2005 a service was being conducted. So see Uglich in the Russian cities directory for photographs of the frescos inside this large church. |
