The author describes 'Politics is Violence' and many of the failures of centralized 'big' government. It is a decidedly 'libertarian' point of view. He concludes that 'The End is Near' because increasingly government cannot provide what it has promised or what the citizens demand. However, his unusual conclusion is that this collapse of government will result in a glorious new era in which, once freed from government shackles, the spirit of the people will be unleased and all will be better. A very optimistic belief.
